At Neighborly’s hallmark Reunion event on Monday, October 16, 2023, we will be conducting two back-to-back one-hour recruiting workshops in meeting room Maple 3-5 at 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. MT.
The majority of our franchise owners have told us that recruiting is their biggest obstacle to growth through the Franchise Business Review survey, feedback during brand events, and communications with their Franchise Business Coach. We’re listening and creating new tools, systems, and strategies to help our owners recruit and retain top-performing teams.
During this session, you will receive updates on new recruiting initiatives and hear from successful fellow franchise owners that are using these new tools, systems and strategies to outperform the competition and capture the best candidates. Representatives from Indeed and Paradox will be reviewing best practices and actionable strategies that owners can implement in their local business.
While there’s no requirement to pre-register, seating is limited to 300 participants at each session, first-come-first seated. To accommodate as many people as possible and hear from owners representing each brand, we are conducting these sessions by brand clusters. The first session at 1 pm will be owners from the Repair Brands discussing their best practices (Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric, Mr. Handyman, Mr. Rooter, and Precision Door). The second session at 2:15 pm will be owners from the Maintain and Enhance Brands discussing their best practices (Dryer Vent Wizard, Five Star Painting, HouseMaster, Lawn Pride, Grounds Guys, Junk King, Molly Maid, Mosquito Joe, Rainbow Restoration, Shelf Genie, Real Property Management and Window Genie). You may attend either session depending on space. However, we encourage you to attend the session earmarked for your brand(s) for content relevance.
