
Chief Financial Officer, Neighborly®
Benjamin D. Lamb joined Neighborly in May 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to CEO Mike Davis. Ben is responsible for leading Neighborly’s financial strategy, overseeing all financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and capital structure efforts to support the company's growth and long-term value creation.
Ben brings more than two decades of experience in financial leadership, operations, and strategic deal-making. Prior to Neighborly, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at EnLink Midstream, a publicly traded midstream energy company. Prior to serving as CFO, Ben was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for EnLink. As a member of EnLink’s Executive Leadership Team since 2016, he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic plans since joining in 2012.
Ben also held several key financial leadership roles at EnLink, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, and was deeply involved in every major acquisition and corporate development initiative during his tenure.
Before joining EnLink, Ben spent over a decade in investment banking advising Fortune 500 companies and boards on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital market transactions. He held positions at Greenhill & Co., UBS Investment Bank, and Merrill Lynch.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, economics, and international business from Baylor University.
