Brent Korb is Chief Financial Officer of Neighborly®, leading Finance, Accounting, and ProTradeNet. He has more than 25 years of executive financial leadership across private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. With deep expertise in strategic finance, operational performance, capital markets and value creation, Brent plays a key role in advancing one of our most important priorities: making it easier for our franchise owners to run stronger businesses.

Prior to joining Neighborly, Brent served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Bath Group, a market-leading residential building products manufacturer backed by Centerbridge Partners. Brent spent 16 years with Quanex Building Products (NYSE: NX), including 11 years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through the 2008 housing crisis, maintaining a debt-free balance sheet through a challenging period before leading the company’s recovery and growth.

Earlier in his career, Brent held financial leadership and corporate development roles with Resolution Performance Products, SCI Management Corporation and Baroid Drilling Fluids.

Brent holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
