Evan Brody joined Neighborly in 2025 as the president of Mosquito Joe. He is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of experience driving growth and transformation across nationally recognized brands and franchise systems. Evan brings deep expertise in franchising, marketing, and business operations, with a track record of delivering results for both franchisors and franchise owners.

Prior to Neighborly, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Tide Services, the franchised division of Procter & Gamble (Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromat). In addition to leading brand awareness and demand generation, Evan was interim general manager for the corporate-owned locker and campus services divisions. He spearheaded several high-impact initiatives, including the relaunch of Tide’s home delivery service, driving both revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Previously, Evan helped revitalize iconic brands like Slurpee and Big Gulp at 7-Eleven®, before moving into senior leadership roles at Which Wich® Superior Sandwiches, where he modernized its franchise marketing systems and led the company’s digital transformation. He later founded PnP Loyalty, a CRM and loyalty platform for the convenience and restaurant industries, where he gained firsthand experience as an entrepreneur and operator. Following PnP's sale to OneDine, he joined the company as Chief Innovation Officer to guide product strategy and help restaurant operators adapt to pandemic-era disruptions through technology.

Evan holds an MBA in Brand Management and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis, where he also earned a BA in Psychology. He is passionate about empowering franchise operators and building systems to support growth and scale.
