Gabe Lopez

Gabe Lopez joined Neighborly in 2026 as president of Glass Doctor. He has more than 20 years of experience partnering with business and franchise owners across the home improvement and automotive services sectors.

During his career, Gabe has led revenue growth, managed full P&L responsibility, and scaled high-performing sales and operations teams in multi-market, franchise-driven environments. Most recently, he served for eight years as Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager at Valpak Clipp. In these roles, he led large sales organizations and drove data-informed growth strategies. Prior to Valpak Clipp, he spent 11 years with YP (The Real Yellow Pages®) Marketing Solutions in roles including Regional Vice President, General Manager, and Area Sales Manager.

Gabe has a collaborative, direct leadership style and owner mindset and believes in setting clear expectations, holding teams accountable, and delivering results that help franchise owners grow stronger, more profitable businesses over the long term.

He earned a Bachelor of Communication Arts in Business and Marketing Communication from Cedarville University in Ohio.
