Jay Jimenez joined Neighborly in 2026 as president of Aire Serv. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across a wide range of service-based industries, including restoration, HVAC, plumbing, traffic control, medical transportation, utilities, and infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Jay has built high-performing teams that consistently deliver growth and measurable improvements across financial, operational, and safety performance in complex, multi-state environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMaster CDR in Dallas, where he led the company’s performance improvement and long-term growth strategy. During his tenure, he implemented new performance measurement systems to strengthen recruitment and career development, while also improving operating margins through enhanced metrics and accountability.

Prior to ServiceMaster CDR, Jay served as Chief Operating Officer of Radiant Plumbing & Heating, a $100 million multi-state HVAC and plumbing services provider. In this role, he led the successful integration of four acquisitions, centralized procurement to drive cost efficiencies, and modernized fleet and warehouse operations to support scalable growth.

Jay is known for his results-oriented, collaborative leadership style and his ability to align teams around clear goals that drive performance and long-term success for franchise owners.

He lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with his wife, Erica, and they have two children.
