Michael Silva-Nash

Michael Silva-Nash was named president of Molly Maid in December 2025. He brings more than two decades of experience within the Molly Maid network, with deep expertise in franchise operations, system performance, and brand leadership. With a strong commitment to the people, values, and purpose of the brand, Michael plays a key role in driving growth and operational excellence across the Molly Maid system.

Michael first joined the Molly Maid network more than 20 years ago and spent 12 of those years as a multi-location Franchise Owner, gaining firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges of running a successful local business. His experience as an owner strengthened his passion for the Molly Maid model and its meaningful impact on customers and the communities it serves.

Since moving into his corporate role in 2023, Michael has led initiatives that elevate systemwide performance and enhance franchisee support as Vice President of Operations for Molly Maid. He has built a strong Franchise Business Coach team, enhanced collaboration with Neighborly shared services and vendor partners and spearheaded the launch of AI SMS Lead Management and other cognitive intelligence tools to strengthen lead conversion and operational efficiency across the brand.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
