Nancy Shipley

Nancy Shipley was named president of HouseMaster in August 2025. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience in operations, franchise support, and business management. With a proven track record in franchise operations, Nancy drives innovation and growth within the HouseMaster system.

Since joining Neighborly in 2019, Nancy has served as Vice President of Operations at HouseMaster, where she oversees operational strategy, system growth, and franchise owner success across the brand. Prior to this role, Nancy spent two years as Director of Franchise Support for HouseMaster, building programs and resources to strengthen franchisee performance.

Before HouseMaster Nancy served as Vice President of Franchise Support at PatchMaster, leading initiatives that helped franchise owners maximize operational efficiency and achieve consistent growth. An entrepreneur at heart, Nancy also owned and operated Hillsborough Floor Coverings International from 2010 to 2017, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of running a successful local business. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years as a Senior Project Manager with Chubb, managing complex projects and building strong organizational and leadership skills.

Nancy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Saint Elizabeth University, where she was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society in recognition of academic excellence.
