Paul Tis

Paul Tis joined Neighborly in September 2025 as president of Junk King. He brings extensive franchise leadership experience and a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and franchise owner success.

Prior to Neighborly, Paul served as Vice President of Operations at Floor Coverings International, the nation’s leading flooring franchisor headquartered in Atlanta, GA. He led impressive sales growth, introduced Regional Co-Op Groups throughout the U.S. and Canada, and focused on improving franchisee profitability and financial health.

Paul was the Chief Operating Officer of the Blue Spirit Group, a multi-site franchise owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with locations in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Alabama. In this role, he managed daily operations, including P&L oversight, talent acquisition, process improvement, KPIs, strategic planning, asset and fleet management, vendor negotiation, and EOS implementation. As an operational business leader, he’s crafted effective strategies to drive profitable growth, enhance operational productivity, promote innovation, and foster a collaborative and fun culture. 

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in New Ventures & Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State University.
