WACO, Texas (Oct. 27, 2025) – Neighborly®, the world’s largest home services company, proudly announced the recipients of its 2024 Award of Excellence and Franchise of the Year awards during its 2025 Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. These awards recognize outstanding leadership, exceptional service, and a commitment to Neighborly’s core values.

Neighborly is honored to recognize this year’s Neighborly Award of Excellence recipients Ben and Sarah Boyce of Aire Serv Heating and Air, serving Newark, Delaware, and Bel Air, Maryland, and Josh Kattenberg, CEO and Founder of Real Property Management Express in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Franchise of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a franchise owner within each brand across the Neighborly family. The recognition celebrates franchise owners who consistently demonstrate exceptional business growth, superior customer service, and outstanding team leadership over multiple years. Honorees also embody Neighborly’s values through their commitment to excellence and positive impact in their local communities.
